LEADERSHIP SURVIVAL SKILLS
The Harvard Kennedy School has long stressed the importance of leadership in organizations, government, and business. Regardless of the leadership framework, theory, or practice one might embrace, continuing to explore leadership styles and capacity is critical in becoming effective and balanced in our approach to those with whom we interact. These Harvard Kennedy School New England Alumni Association workshops focus on development of the skills and strategies needed for addressing leadership challenges.
This program, Leadership Survival Skills, is offered to all interested alumni and friends of the Harvard Kennedy School.
