ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In today's complex and rapidly-changing world, effective leadership demands more than strategic thinking and technical expertise.
It requires presence.
It requires self-awareness.
It requires the ability to navigate uncertainty with clarity and composure.
This four-session workshop series will introduce participants to mindfulness as a practical leadership tool. It offers evidence-based techniques to enhance self-awareness, manage stress, and lead with greater authenticity and impact.
Through a blend of guided practice, reflection, and dialogue, workshop participants will explore how mindfulness can sharpen decision making, improve communication, and foster resilience in high-pressure environments.
Whether you are leading a team, an organization, or a societal change initiative: this course will equip you with accessible practices. Attendees will learn to cultivate the inner resources needed to foster great leadership in a fast-paced environment.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand how mindfulness enhances leadership by improving focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure.
Build a personal mindfulness practice using simple body and breathing techniques that can be used anywhere, anytime.
Navigate difficult emotions and situations more skillfully by recognizing reactive patterns and responding with greater composure.
Integrate mindfulness into their leadership with a concrete plan for sustaining their practice in daily work and life.
